Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Team Member to join our law firm in Farmington Hills, MI. The role will serve as a liaison between the Administrative and Mailroom departments, providing flexible support where needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with copy and scanning machines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work under deadlines
• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a professional setting
