Caregivers are the backbone of the community, building meaningful relationships and providing individualized comfort and care to residents.

Requirements

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living
• Providing medication reminders
• Communicating with nurses, management, vendors, and fellow team members
• Maintaining clean and sanitary spaces in the community
• Providing planned activities and spontaneous activities that meet resident interests
• Welcoming guests and visitors with a ready smile and greeting
• Actively participating in Continuous Quality Improvement
