As an Associate Director Marketing Strategist, you'll lead a team of 6–8 strategists and personally operate as a senior practitioner on client engagements, shaping lifecycle roadmaps, facilitating executive workshops, and translating complex data signals into strategic blueprints.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, CRM, martech consulting, or digital transformation roles
- 5+ years in consulting, with proven success driving high-impact work for enterprise-level clients
- 2–3+ years of direct people leadership experience, with experience leading teams
- Demonstrated track record building and presenting multi-year martech roadmaps to senior stakeholders
- Hands-on familiarity with two or more enterprise martech platforms
- Deep fluency in customer journey mapping methodologies, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel orchestration
- Strong analytical foundation — comfortable working with large datasets, building performance models, and deriving strategy from data
- Experience designing experimentation frameworks tied to business outcomes, not just engagement metrics
- Experience facilitating executive discovery workshops, business prioritization sessions, and strategic planning engagements
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to synthesize complexity into executive-level storytelling
- Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performance teams
- Specialized strategic experience within a category relevant to Stitch’s work
