Job Description
As the VP, HR Business Partners & Shared Services, you will lead the Business Partner (HRBP) and People Shared Services teams, architecting and operationalizing a modern Service Delivery Model, empowering HRBPs to act as strategic partners, and evolving the HR tech ecosystem.
Requirements
- 12+ years of HR Leadership experience
- Direct experience implementing HR technology stacks
- A track record of leading large-scale organizational design and restructuring
- Demonstrated success in coaching and managing seasoned HRBP Directors
