The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the senior HR leader for the company's GTM, Technology, Product, and Corporate functions, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a key member of the CHRO's leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- 12-15+ years in HR leadership, including senior HRBP roles
- Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or technology-enabled companies
- Proven partnership with C-suite leaders in scaling organizations
- Experience leading global or multi-region HR teams
