Requirements
- Strategic HR leader with 12+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 7+ years in a senior HRBP role supporting multiple geographies
- Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management
- Strong understanding of international labor laws, cultural nuances, and global HR practices
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
