Director, HR Business Partner

The Director, Human Resources Business Partner will partner directly with senior and executive leaders to align people strategy with business priorities, driving performance, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience with bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
• Significant progressive HR experience, including senior-level HR Business Partner experience within a complex matrixed organization, COE enabled, HR organization
• Experience supporting commercial or market-facing businesses (legal, professional services, or technology sectors preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design and change management, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning, leadership coaching, performance and compensation practices
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect talent strategy to financial and operational outcomes
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influence skills
