Job Description
The Director of Faculty Affairs plays a pivotal role in the mission of the Office of Faculty Affairs at St. Jude Childrenās Research Hospital, providing strategic and operational oversight for faculty-related processes across the institution, promoting compliance and consistency, and fostering a seamless, high quality experience for faculty and stakeholders alike.
Requirements
- Execute and guide processes throughout the faculty lifecycle, including faculty recruitment, relocation, compensation, onboarding, appointments, and separation
- Maintain, review, and update faculty-related policies and procedures
- Serves as the primary subject matter expert for faculty policies
- Represent faculty processes in cross-functional initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and address process deviations
- Develop and manage the Faculty Affairs budget
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Faculty Affairs team
