Postdoctoral Research Associate - Developmental Neurobiology

A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Yuuta Imoto in the Department of Developmental Neurobiology at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Requirements

• PhD in cell biology, neuroscience, or related discipline
• Ability to independently design and execute experiments and interpret data
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Super-resolution imaging, including Stimulated Emission Depletion (STED) and Stochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy (STORM), Cryo-electron tomography, Imaging data science and AI-based analysis
• Strong record of contributions to peer-reviewed research publications
• Familiarity with programming languages such as MATLAB and Python, and the ability to work with large imaging datasets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality manuscripts for publication
