Industrial Engineer

Role Overview

As an Industrial Engineer at STMicroelectronics, you will be responsible for simulating plant assembly line capacity and equipment requirements, establishing standard assembly equipment capacity, and managing data in IEDB. You will work with various teams to improve equipment efficiency and performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in time study and process balancing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include simulating plant assembly line capacity, establishing standard assembly equipment capacity, codifying and managing data in IEDB, maintaining LCRP data, and creating and managing documentation of standard process flow charts and control plans.
