Role Overview

The QA Manager in manufacturing is responsible for ensuring product, processes, and systems meet customer requirements and company quality targets. They lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and manage QA engineers. The role involves ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO9001 and IATF, handling internal and external audits, and driving continuous improvement.

The QA Manager will lead quality management, manage QA engineers, ensure compliance with standards, handle audits, and drive continuous improvement. They will also manage customer complaints, lead risk assessments, and support new product/process qualification.
