Senior QA Manager

Role Overview

The Senior QA Manager leads the Quality Assurance function for both Standard Line QA and PLP QA at the Muar site, responsible for setting quality direction, managing the QA organization, and ensuring manufacturing operations meet quality requirements.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop QA teams, define and implement site quality strategy, ensure quality system compliance, drive customer quality performance, and oversee manufacturing quality controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline
• Extensive (more than 20 years) experience in manufacturing quality assurance
• Proven leadership experience managing QA teams or department-level quality operations
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, customer quality, process control, and root cause analysis
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication and decision-making skills
