Senior Equipment Engineer (Etch)

Role Overview

Serve as primary owner for assigned tools, maintain and continuously improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR targets, and develop and maintain equipment health monitoring and baseline control.

What You Will Do

Perform complex troubleshooting, lead root cause analysis, coordinate and supervise vendor field service engineers, and ensure equipment performance supports CD, profile, uniformity, selectivity, and defectivity requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant work experience in Semiconductor Etch area, familiar with Etch Equipment (Trymax, Axcelis)
• Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details
• High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D methodologies
