
Job description
Serve as primary owner for assigned tools, maintain and improve equipment health, and drive daily tool performance reviews. Collaborate with process engineering to ensure equipment performance supports CD, profile, uniformity, selectivity, and defectivity requirements. Identify and implement improvement projects to increase uptime, extend parts lifetime, and reduce operating cost.
Maintain and continuously improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR targets. Develop and maintain equipment health monitoring and baseline control. Perform complex troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, vacuum, RF, gas delivery, and software subsystems. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic and high-impact issues.
Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details. High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D methodologies.
