
Job description
Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, providing engineering support to the production line to achieve the organization's targeted manufacturing index. Take full ownership of engineering issues and maintain day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost by working with Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors, and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets. Provide cross-functional support and training to new engineers.
This role requires a self-driven and independent individual with good analytical skills, able to learn new concepts and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Data, Chemical, Electrical Power Engineering, or a related field.
