WETS Process Engineer

Role Overview

Act as process owner and implement process improvement projects to achieve best possible process cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters. Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and timely implementation of effective solutions.

What You Will Do

Manage new equipment qualification, plan and organize technical support and expertise on assigned tools, provide training to Shift Engineers and Technicians, and participate in cost reduction projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Material Science/Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/Chemistry or a related discipline
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Wet Equipment / processes is an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Good knowledge of statistical tools, problem solving tools, FMEA and 8D
