Job Description
Stoke Space is building a fully reusable vehicle (Nova) to revolutionize space transportation. They are seeking an Entry Level Aerospace Technician (ELAT) to assist with manufacturing and operations at a new facility, gaining hands-on experience in machining, fabrication, assembly, and other related disciplines. This is a 36-week contract with mentorship and training opportunities.
Requirements
- HS Diploma (or equivalent)
- 18+ years old
- Safe working habits with attention to detail
- Experience with hand tools and mechanical assemblies
- Passion for learning new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight space
