Parts Advisor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. This role assists customers and service technicians in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing the correct automotive parts in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with parts inventory or dealership management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
