Senior Associate Solicitor

We are looking for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic and ambitious Construction team. The role involves managing a caseload, fostering relationships with clients, and contributing to the development of the firm's reputation. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-contentious construction matters, excellent management skills, and a strong commitment to career development and further learning.

Requirements

• An experienced Solicitor or Barrister with a good level of experience in non-contentious construction matters.
• Experienced effective manager / supervisor.
• The ideal candidate will have the potential to market the firm and should have a strong interest in business development.
• Dual qualified in both law and construction, holding senior membership of a chartered professional institution, MRICS, MCIOB or similar.
• Specialist qualifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution, particularly arbitration and adjudication, and membership of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators.
