Assistant Chief Maintenance

The Assistant Chief Engineer supports the maintenance operations of the hotel by supervising maintenance staff, managing systems, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in hotel engineering or maintenance operations
• Strong knowledge of systems, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and energy controls
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating projects
• Ability to manage inventory, monitor energy consumption, and ensure compliance with maintenance standards
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills for working with staff, management, and external stakeholders
