The Director of Catering & Conference Services is responsible for driving catering and event revenue while ensuring the seamless execution of all group, convention, and catered functions.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in catering sales, event management, hotel management, or convention center operations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of event planning, food and beverage management, and convention services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and meet revenue and service goals
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
