Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in hotel engineering or maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, and energy controls.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance staff and contractors, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and purchasing for maintenance operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in project planning and execution.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments, vendors, and management.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance protocols, including training staff on emergency procedures.
