Job Description
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the success of the hotel's front desk operations. They will work with the General Manager to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores, train staff on proper procedures, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements

- Recruits and selects front desk staff
