Night Auditor Relief & Guest Services Agent

The Night Auditor is responsible for closing the business day by balancing revenues and receipts, performing bookkeeping activities, and providing guest services such as check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using property management systems and office software
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
