Assistant Director of Nursing - RN

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) provides support to the Director of Nursing (DON) to plan, coordinate and manage the nursing department and resident care and service.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• Current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) preferred
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in long term care management
• Excellent understanding of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
