Certified Medication Technician- Day Shift

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to assist in the administration of medications to residents, under the direction of the attending physician, nurse supervisor, or charge nurse. The position focuses on providing high-quality care and supporting the development of employee skills within a caring and family-oriented community.

Requirements

• Follow facility procedures for medication administration.
• Accurately record and report medication errors and reactions.
• Maintain documentation of drug receipt, errors and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
