Job Description
The Front-of-the-House (FOH) Team Member is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role emphasizes service, team collaboration, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment. The position requires adherence to Health and Sanitation standards, and proactive participation in team meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in a Fast Casual Restaurant (preferred)
- Passionate, positive and results-oriented
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to read and speak English
- At least 16 years of age
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, lift up to 35 pounds, and lift over 35 pounds
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to hear with 100% accuracy with correction
- Able to see with 20/20 with correction
- California Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications (must be maintained)
- Clean shoes, socks, pants, and uniform required
