Job Description
The Heart of the House team member is responsible for preparing food items correctly, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and following all safety guidelines. They contribute to a positive team environment and strive to achieve the restaurant's mission statement.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and work well with others.
- Comfortable communicating with managers and kitchen staff.
- Proficient in reading and following recipes, using measuring tools.
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health department and sanitation standards.
- California Food Handler certification (18+ years of age), must be maintained throughout employment.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 pounds.
