Responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents in a timely manner, completing service requests, and performing various maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- One-year related experience at an apartment community and/or training
- Must be mechanically inclined with knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, constructional and electrical procedures
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
