Job Description
The Service Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical facilities of a community, ensuring safety and aesthetics, and assisting with all aspects of the community's maintenance. This role involves overseeing maintenance staff, managing work orders, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- Fifth year college or university program certificate or four years in a service position
- EPA certification - Universal Level
- HVAC certification
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, business math, accounting, management and marketing
- Computer literacy and ability to use office equipment
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction and electrical
- Mechanical inclination and result orientation
