Job Description
Assists Service Supervisor in maintaining physical facilities and grounds within the community, performs repair work, and completes service requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience at an apartment community and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be results orientated and self-starter, have organizational skills and attention to detail, and be mechanically inclined.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear.
