Stoneridge Software is seeking a strategic Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) to build and lead a consultative, outcome-driven project management practice that enables profitable growth, predictable delivery, and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in consulting delivery, project/program management, or delivery operations
- Proven experience building or transforming a PMO within a consulting organization
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing utilization, margin, and delivery economics
- Demonstrated success leading teams through change and operational maturity
- Experience leveraging technology, automation, and/or AI to improve delivery efficiency
- Excellent executive communication, influence, and coaching skills
- Consultative and outcome oriented
- Comfortable balancing strategy with execution
- Data driven, pragmatic, and improvement focused
- Trusted advisor to executives and clients
- Strong people leader who develops future delivery leaders
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
