Job Description
Stora is seeking a Mid-level Software Engineer to join their growing Rails-based platform. This role will involve building, maintaining, and enhancing features within the Rails ecosystem, as well as collaborating with other engineers to improve internal tools and processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ownership and a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Build and maintain features, owning them from discussions to deployment.
- Work with the product team and stakeholders to shape new features.
- Spend at least 20% time on maintenance of the app.
- Write and maintain tests to ensure successful production deployments.
- Monitor and resolve issues to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers.
- Demonstrate testing mindset and proficiency in Minitest or RSpec.
