Senior Business Analyst - Commercial & Growth (f/m/x)

Storage24 is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help build the analytical backbone of their commercial engine and drive growth with confidence, clarity, and data.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in a highly analytical role (Business Analysis, Growth Analytics, RevOps or Data Analytics)
• Strong hands-on analytical skills (SQL required, advanced Excel / Google Sheets)
• Proven experience with BigQuery and solid understanding of data modelling, ETL pipelines and data quality
• Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio preferred) and building scalable dashboards
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or similar strongly preferred)
• Experience working with Marketing, Sales, Pricing and operational data in a commercial environment
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n) and interest in AI tools (e.g. LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude)
• Strong understanding of KPIs, attribution logic and performance drivers
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
• Fluent in English; German or French are strong pluses
