We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help build the operating backbone of our revenue engine. This is a mission-critical role that requires analytical skills, ownership, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The successful candidate will turn fragmented data into insight, complexity into structure, and strategy into repeatable execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a highly analytical Revenue Operations, Growth Analytics or similar role
- Proven experience improving funnels and conversion end-to-end (B2B, B2C or hybrid)
- Strong hands-on analytical skills (SQL, advanced Excel, BI tools) and experience with BigQuery
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or similar strongly preferred)
- Experience using automation tools (e.g. n8n)
- Deep understanding of KPIs, attribution logic and cohort analysis
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
- Fluent in English; German or French are strong pluses
