Job Description
Must specialize in one or more of the following trades and have general knowledge of non-specialized trades. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, refrigeration, heating/air, painter, hydraulics, plant operations, machine repair.
Requirements
- 2 years Experience in facilities maintenance, building operations or related experience or training. Preferred
- Drivers License - DMV Current Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR with 3-year baseline and annual MVR review. Required
