Job Description
Licensed Clinical Therapist position available at Stormont Vail Behavioral Health in Manhattan, KS. The therapist will provide psychotherapy services to patients and their families, including assessment and evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and 2 years of clinical experience.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- 2 years of clinical experience
- Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist
- Ability to provide individual, family, and group treatment
- Familiarity with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders
- Basic understanding of psychological reports, psychopharmacology, and treatment modalities
- Ability to work with patients with common mental health diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and psychosis
