Job Description
Provides blood specimen collection services in the acute care setting, including order management, specimen collection, and point of care testing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program
- Experience with phlebotomy
- Experience in a lab or hospital setting
- Venipuncture and capillary puncture experience
- Electronic medical records and patient privacy experience
- Licenses and certifications (DOT Clean MVR, Registered Phlebotomy Technician - AMT, PBT-Phlebotomy Technician - ASCP)
