Job Description
The Surgical Technologist handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after the surgical procedure, maintaining a sterile field and anticipating the needs of the surgeon. The role is patient-facing, with multiple service lines and requires a high school degree, an associate's degree, or 6 months of experience in lieu of education.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program
- 6 months Recent surgical technologist experience in the operating room
- Certified Surgical Technologist - AST Preferred or Certified Surgical Technologist - NBSTSA Preferred
