Assistant General Manager responsible for developing a high-performing team, leading customer service, sales training, product knowledge, leadership development, inventory controls, and compliance. Reports to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment with previous cannabis experience preferred
- Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools, such as Dutchie and Metrc
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to recruit and train staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Analytical with the ability to set and track store KPIs
- Open availability with no scheduling conflicts
