The Inventory Associate assists with the receipt, processing, and organization of inventory at the cannabis retail store, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all inventory-related activities.
Requirements
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming products
- Tag and label inventory and update system records
- Perform daily counts and update inventory tracking systems
- Ensure product storage is organized and compliant with regulations
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory storage areas
- Participate in weekly inventory audits
- Report any product issues or discrepancies to the Inventory Supervisor
- Support inventory control measures to prevent loss
- Engage in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance
- Assist in the rotation of stock adhering to the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method
- Participate in Monthly overnight audits
