Retail Associate - Part Time

As a Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our store, welcoming customers and guiding them through product selections, while creating a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role blends customer service, education, and operational precision.

Requirements

• Greet customers with compassion and professionalism
• Accurately enter customer information into our database systems
• Complete all sales and job duties per company SOP
• Provide exceptional customer service through elevated customer service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge
• Quickly and precisely handle cash and debit transactions
• Work with a diverse group of personalities
• Possess excellent skills in mathematics
• Be extremely organized, efficient, and a good manager of time & resources
• Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer
• Clean, stock, and organize retail store
• Conduct nightly inventory counts of all retail store products
• Work cohesively as part of a team
• Work on special projects and assignments designated by management
• Other duties as assigned
