1st Shift Assembler/Ensamblador

Assemble various components and tools to create sub-assemblies, working in a dynamic environment with potential exposure to safety hazards. Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to ensure precise and efficient assembly.

Requirements

• Entry-Level Experience: 1-3 months of related experience or training in assembly or a similar field.
• Adaptability and Accountability: Ability to work at a fast pace, willingness to experiment, express opinions on work methods, and take responsibility for any errors.
• Technical Competence: Capability to read and understand blueprints and company documents. Basic math skills, especially with fractions, and familiarity with computerized automated equipment.
• Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
