Job Description
The 2nd Shift Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the work of assigned maintenance team employees, addressing minor discipline problems, and assisting with training and orientation. The role also involves liaising with production and other departments to reduce downtime and improve efficiency, and ensuring maintenance and repair work is completed safely and effectively.
