Job Description
Seeking an Accountant who's great with numbers and thrives in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include preparing financial statement packages, posting journal entries, and managing full-cycle bookkeeping.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Property Management accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes (U.S. GAAP and cash basis)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with accounting software and Yardi is required. Entrata experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
