Dairy Manager

Responsible for managing the dairy department, including selling and stocking dairy products, creating promotional displays, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work a variety of shifts.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of grocery store operation.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication skills with vendors, customers and employees.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to get along with customers, vendors, suppliers and associates, and must be able to motivate and lead others
