Deli Manager

The Deli Manager is responsible for scheduling departmental associates, developing and implementing merchandising plans, controlling department costs, and maintaining accurate department records. The role requires excellent communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of Deli operations
• Proven skills in taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication skills with vendors, customers, and employees
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
• 1 year minimum experience as a manager in food service
