Associate Scientist I/II, Analytical Operations

Strand Therapeutics is looking for an Associate Scientist I/II of Analytical Operations to support day-to-day analytical operations as an analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific knowledge, leadership presence, and enthusiasm for Strand. The role involves analyzing samples with various analytical methods, supporting screening and optimization efforts, and collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• B.S. with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience or M.S. with at least 1-2 year of relevant experience
• Working experience in analytical development operations pertaining to biologics
• Prior experience with LNPs with nucleic acid payloads
• Experience with analytical methods such as cell-based assays, ELISA’s, RT-PCR and/or LC-MS
• Strong collaboration and inter-personal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet important deadlines
