Associate Scientist I, Nanoparticle Process Development

Strand Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Associate Scientist I for Nanoparticle Process Development. The successful candidate will support the production and scale-up of LNPs with nucleic acid payload, contribute to the development of a robust formulation process, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on characterization and tech-transfer efforts.

Requirements

• B.S. or Advanced Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or similar field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience with LNPs, nucleic acid payloads, and TFF
• Experience with QbD principles, scale-up efforts, and JMP DOE
• Strong collaboration and inter-personal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet important deadlines
