Job Description
As a Software Implementation Consultant on the Decision Support (DS) team, you will implement the Decision Support suite of software, StrataJazz, and provide guidance to key team members and executive stakeholders at large health systems. Responsibilities include implementing software components, defining customer business and technical requirements, and leading customer training.
Requirements
- Implement significant components of StrataJazz, specific to Cost Accounting, Contract Analytics, Service Line Margin Analytics, Strategic Pricing, and Episode Analytics
- Define customer business and technical requirements for StrataJazz
- Work with customers to implement best practices in cost accounting, payor contract modeling, and charge master generation
- Collaborate with Strata's Technical and Engineering Teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs
- Lead onsite and web-based customer training
- Communicate proactively with Strata team members and executives on project issues and risks
